A TWO-DAY TRAINING DURING THE STRATEGIC DIALOGUE AND INAUGURAL LAUNCH OF THE NIPSS-LCFC LEADERSHIP & COMMUNITY RESILIENCE PROJECT

We, the Joint Action Committee (JAC) have the honour to present the compliments of the Management of the National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, and the Leadership and Clerics Family Care Foundation (LCFC), Jos. Under a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), NIPSS and LCFC have established a joint initiative dedicated to strengthening executive leadership wellbeing, fostering peacebuilding, and deepening interfaith and community cohesion across Nigeria. Strategic Briefing on the Project The project addresses critical leadership vulnerabilities including emotional resilience & mental wellbeing, stress management, conflict resolution & peacebuilding, strategic leadership & ethical governance, Inter-faith & community dialogue, as well as strategic communication & gender relations among key decision-makers across the public, private, faith, traditional, and civil society sectors.

Theme: 'Towards Enduring Peaceful Co-Existence and Security: Building Stronger Ties Between Leaders and Communities.”
Dates: Friday, 30th – Saturday, 31st October 2026. Venue: The National Institute for Policy and Strategic Studies (NIPSS), Kuru, Jos, Plateau State.

The planned participation is a select cohort of top-tier leaders, including senior government officials, faith and traditional leaders, corporate executives, civil society directors, and community influencers. Nomination to Attend the Training As part of the training initiatives, you have been nominated for participation in the training during the High-Level Strategic Dialogue and Formal Launch of this national project.

The cost of the training per participant is N150,000.00 (One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira) only.
