The Leadership and Clerics Family Care Foundation (LCFC) is a registered NGO (CAC RC 9205361) based in Jos, Nigeria, founded in 2025 to support leaders, clerics, and their families through holistic care, restoration, and capacity building. It addresses burnout, trauma, and systemic neglect affecting leadership and ministry through structured counseling, retreats, training, media advocacy, and prayer networks. LCFC operates through expert-led technical working groups and implements the “Shepherding the Shepherd Initiative,” focused on healing wounded leaders, equipping future leaders, amplifying truth through media, and mobilizing intercessory support for sustainable impact.
